Take it Easy !!!

Take it Easy...

Have a good day =P

Virtal Paino Keyboard --

Productive...

Tech Debt ---

Consultant...

Tech Debt/ Code Debt...

可以把你個Program/Feature 發放給客戶使用...

Project/Program ..

Program...

Maintain...

Developer ...

不應該因為Project/Team 的大小來決定做不做Planning...

Good Practice...
Time Management...

Project Management?

Best Practice..
E.G. Bug Tracking, Task Estimation, Source Control, Code Review, Task Lists,
Standard...

Day 35 of the Purpose Driven Life

1. God loves to use weak people.

2. God has a different perspective on your weakness. He says, "My thoughts and my ways are higher than yours," so he often acts in ways that are the exact opposite of what we expect.

3. God has never been impressed with strength or self-sufficiency. In fact, he is drawn to people who are weak and admit it.

4. God is never limited by our limitations. In fact, he enjoys putting his great power into ordinary containers.

5. Be content with your weaknesses.

6. Our weaknesses also prevent arrogance. They keep us humble.

7. Our weaknesses also encourage fellowship between believers. While strength breeds an independent spirit ("I don't need anyone else"), our limitations show how much we need each other.

8. Christians, like snowflakes, are frail, but when they stick together they can stop traffic.

9. Your greatest life messages and your most effective ministry will come out of your deepest hurts.

10. Honestly share your weaknesses.

11. Vulnerability is emotionally liberating.

12. The more honest you are, the more of God's grace you get.

13. Vulnerability is the pathway to intimacy.

14. Glory in your weaknesses

15. Sometimes God turns a strength into a weakness in order to use us even more.

16. If you want God to bless you and use you greatly, you must be willing to walk with a limp the rest of your life, because God uses weak people.

Saturday 23 October 2010

Day 34 of the Purpose Driven Life.

1. God is always more interested in why we do something than in what we do.

2. Attitudes count more than achievements.

3. Servants think more about others than about themselves.

4. When we stop focusing on our own need, we become aware of the needs around us.

5. You can't be a servant if you're full of yourself. It's only when we forget ourselves that we do the things that deserve to be remembered.

6. Real servants don't try to use God for their purpose. They let God use them for his purpose.

7. Self denial is the core of servanthood.

8. Servanthood and stewardship go together, since God expects us to be trustworthy in both.

9. All your time belongs to God. He insists on exclusive allegiance, not part-time faithfulness.

10. Wealth is certainly not a sin, but failing to use it for God's glory is.

11. Servant of God are always more concerned about ministry than money.

12. God uses money to test your faithfulness as a servant. That is why Jesus talked more about money than he did about either heaven or hell. He said, "If you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches.

13. Wealth Builders continue to amass wealth for themselves no matter how much they make, but Kingdom Builders change the rules of the game. They still try to make as much money as they can, but they do it in order to give it away. They use the wealth to fund God's church and its mission in the world.

14. Servants think about their work. not what others are

15. When Martha complained to Jesus that Mary was not helping with the work, she lost her servant's heart.

16. Real servants don't complain of unfairness.

17. It is not our job to evaluate the Master's other servants.

18. Your service for Christ is never wasted regardless of what others say.

19. If you're going to be a servant, you must settle your identity in Christ.

20. Servants don't need to cover their walls with plaques and awards to validate their work.

21. Servants think of ministry as an opportunity, not an obligation.

Friday 22 October 2010

Day 33 of the Purpose Driven Life

1. God determines your greatness by how many people you serve, not how many people serve you.

2. This is so contrary to the world's idea of greatness that we have a hard time understanding it, much less practicing it.

3. Even Christians want to be “servant-leaders,” not just plain servants.

4. But to be like Jesus is to be a servant. That's what he called himself.

5. God shaped you for service, not for self-centeredness.

6. While you may not be gifted for a particular task, you may be called to do it if no one gifted at it is around.

7. Real servants make themselves available to serve.

8. Much like a soldier, a servant must always be standing by for duty.

9. As a servant, you don't get to pick and choose when r where you will serve.

10. Being a servant means giving up the right to control your schedule and allowing God to interrupt i whenever he needs to.

11. Real servants pay attention to needs.

12. Servants are always on the lookout for ways to help others

13. Notice that God says the needs of your church family are to be given preference, not pout at the bottom of your “things to do” list.

14. Great opportunities to serve never last long. They pass quickly, sometimes never to return again. You may only get one chance to serve that person, so take advantage of the moment.

15. Never tell your neighbours to wait until tomorrow if you can help them now.

16. Real servants do their best with what they have.

17. Servants don't make excuses, procrastinate, or wait for better circumstances.

18. The Bible says, "If you wait for perfect conditions, you will never get anything done."

19. We would rather involve thousands of regular folks in ministry than have a perfect church run by a few elites.

20. Real servants do every task with equal dedication.

21. Whatever they do, servants "do it with all their heart.

22. If you think you are too important to help someone in need, you are only fooling yourself. You are really a nobody.

23. Small tasks often show big heart.

24. No task is beneath you when you have a servant's heart.

25. Don't look for great tasks to do for God. Just do the not-so-great stuff, and God will assign you whatever he wants you to do.

26. But before attempting the extraordinary, try serving in ordinary ways.

27. Real servants are faithful to their ministry.

28. They don't leave a job half undone, and they don't quit when they get discouraged. They are trustworthy and dependable.

29. Faithful servants never retire.

30. You can retire from your career, but you will never retire from serving God.

31. Real servants maintain a low profile.

32. If recognized for their service, they humbly accept it but don't allow notoriety to distract them from their work.

33. When you do good deeds, don't try to show off. If you do, you won't get a reward from your father in heaven.

34. Self promotion and servanthood don't mix. Real servants don't serve for the approval or applause of others.

35. God put you where you are for a purpose.

36. In heaven God is going to openly reward some of his most obscure and unknown servants.

37. Even the smallest service is noticed by God and will be rewarded.

Thursday 21 October 2010

Day 32 of the Purpose Driven Life

1. God wants you to focus on talents he has given you to use.

2. The best use of your life is to serve God out of your shape. To do this you must discover your shape, learn to accept and enjoy it, and then develop it to its fullest potential.

3. Don't act thoughtlessly, but try to find out and do whatever the Lord wants you to.

4. Begin by assessing your gifts and abilities.

5. Try to have a sane estimate of your capabilities.

6. Spiritual gifts and natural abilities are always confirmed by others.

7. The more mature you become, the more likely you are to manifest the characteristics of a number of the gifts.

8. Just start serving, experimenting with different ministries, and then you'll discover your gifts.

9. Until you're actually involved in serving, you're not going to know what you're good at.

10. You have dozens of hidden abilities and gifts you don't know you've got because you've never tried them out.

11. No matter how old you are, I urge you to never stop experimenting.

12. Don't try to figure out your gifts before volunteering to serve somewhere.

13. You discover your gifts by getting involved in ministry.

14. When it doesn't work out, call it an "experiment," not a failure.

15. Examine your experiences and extract the lessons you have learned.

16. When Jesus washed Peter's feet, he said, "You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand."

17. Only in hindsight do we understand how God intended a problem for good.

18. The pot has no right to say to the potter: 'What did you make me this shape?' Surely a potter can do what he likes with the clay!

19. God wants you to enjoy using the shape he has given you.

20. The Bible warns us never to compare ourselves with others.

21. You will always be able to find someone who seems to be doing a better job than you and you will become discouraged.

22. Or you will always be able to find someone who doesn't seem as effective as you and you will get full of pride.

23. Paul said it is foolish to compare ourselves with others.

24. Avoid comparisons, resist exaggerations, and seek only God's commendation.

25. One of the reasons Paul was used so greatly by God was that he refused to be distracted by criticism or by comparing his ministry with others or by being drawn into fruitless debates about his ministry.

26. Jesus' parable of the talents illustrates that God expects us to make the most of what he gives us.

27. If you don't utilize the abilities and skills God has given you, you will lose them.

28. Whatever gifts you have been given can be enlarged and developed through practice.

29. Don't settle for a half-developed gift.

30. Stretch yourself and learn all you can.

31. We're getting ready fo eternal responsibilities and rewards.

Day 31 of the Purpose Driven Life

1. God designed each of us so there would be no duplication in the world.

2. No one else on earth will ever be able to play the role God planned for you.

3. All of your abilities come from God.

4. Even abilities used to sin are God-given; they are just being misused or abused.

5. One of the most common excuses people give for not serving is "I just don't have any abilities to offer."

6. Every ability can be used for God's glory.

7. The Bible says, "There are different abilities to perform service, but the same God gives ability to all for their particular service."

8. God will never ask you to dedicate your life to a task you have no talent for.

9. God doesn't waste abilities; he matches our calling and our capabilities.

10. Your abilities were not given just to make a living; God gave them to you for your ministry.

11. God created each of us with a unique combination of personality traits.

12. God works through different people in different ways, but it is the same God who achieves his purpose through them all.

13. God made you to be you.

14. God never wastes a hurt! In fact, your greatest ministry will most likely come out of your greatest hurt.

15. God intentionally allows you to go through painful experiences to equip you for ministry to others.

16. Don't waste your pain, use it to help others.

17. The better the fit, the more successful you will be.

Feel Recharged = )

GREAT FUN!!!

Day 30 of the Purpose Driven Life

1. God formed every creature on this planet with a special area of expertise.

2. Each of us was uniquely designed, or “shaped,” to do certain things.

3. Before God created you, he decided what role he wanted you to play on earth.

4. He planned exactly how he wanted you to serve him, and then he shaped you for those tasks.

5. You are God's handcrafted work of art. You are not an assembly line product, mass produced without thought.

6. You are a custom-designed, one-of-a-kind, original masterpiece.

7. God doesn't make junk

8. Not only did God shape you before your birth, he planned every day of your life to support his shaping process.

9. Nothing that happens in your life is insignificant.

10. God never wastes anything. he would not give you abilities, interests, talents, gifts, personality, and life experiences unless he intended to use them for his glory.

11. Unwrapping your spiritual gifts.

12. Whoever does not have the Spirit cannot receive the gifts that come from God's Spirit.

13. You can't earn your spiritual gifts or deserve them – that's why they are called gifts! They are an expression of God's grace to you.

14. Neither do you get to choose which gifts you'd like to have; God determines that.

15. Because God loves variety and he wants us to be special, no single gift is given to everyone. Also, no individual receives all the gifts.

16. Your spiritual gifts were not given for your own benefit but for the benefit of others, just as other people were given gifts for your benefit.

17. We're commanded to discover and develop our spiritual gifts.

18. An unopened gift is worthless.

19. The BIble says, "There are different kinds of service in the church, but it is the same Lord we are serving.

20. Listening to your heart.

21. The Bible uses the term heart to describe the bundle of desires, hopes, interests, ambitions, dreams, and affections you have.

22. God has given each of us a unique emotional "heartbeat" that races when we think about the subjects, activities, or circumstances that interest us.

23. Another word for heart is passion.

24. Your emotional heartbeat is that second key to understanding your shape for service.

25. Don't ignore your interests.

26. Serve the Lord with al your heart.

27. God wants you to serve him passionately, not dutifully.

28. How do you know when you are serving God from your heart? The first telltale sign is enthusiasm.

29. When you're doing what you love to do, no one has to motivate you or challenge you or check up on you. You do it for the sheer enjoyment.

30. You don't need rewards or applause or payment, because you love serving in this way.

31. Passion drives perfection.

32. The highest achievers in any field are those who do it because of passion, not duty or profit.

33. Figure out what you love to do - what God gave you a heart to do - and then do it for his glory.

Monday 18 October 2010

Day 29 of the Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren

1. You were put on earth to make a contribution.

2. God designed you to make a difference with your life.

3. You were created to add to life on earth, not just take from it.

4. You were created to serve God.

5. You were placed on this planet for a special assignment.

6. You were saved to serve God.

7. God redeemed you so you could do his "holy work."

8. You're not saved by service, but you are saved for service.

9. It cost Jesus his own life to purchase your salvation.

10. We don't serve God out of guilt or fear or even duty, but out of Joy, and deep gratitude for what he's done for us.

11. If I have no love for others, no desire to serve others, and I'm only concerned about my needs, I should question whether Christ is really in my life.

12. A saved heart is one that wants to serve.

13. Another term for serving God that's misunderstood by most people is the word ministry.

14. When most people hear "ministry," they think of pastors, priests, and professional clergy, but God says every member of his family is a minister.

15. In the Bible, the words servant and minister are synonyms, as are service and ministry.

16. If you are a Christian, you are a minister, and when you're serving, you're ministering.

17. We are saved to serve, not to sit around and wait for heaven.

18. God intends to use you for his goals.

19. God has a ministry for you in his church and a mission for you in the world.

20. You are called to serve God.

21. The Bible says every Christian is called to service.

22. Your call to salvation included your call to service.

23. Anytime you use your God- given abilities to help others, you are fulfilling your calling.

24. One reason why you need to be connected to a church family is to fulfill your calling to serve other believers in practical ways.

25. Every ministry matters because we are all dependent on each other to function.

26. Today thousands of local churches are dying because of Christians who are unwilling to serve. They sit on the sidelines as spectators, and the Body suffers.

27. You are commanded to serve God.

28. For Christians, service is not optional, something to be tackled onto our schedules if we can spare the time. It is the heart of the Christian life.

29. Impression without expression causes depression.

30. Study without service leads to spiritual stagnaion.

31. The old comparison between the Sea of Galilee and the Dead Sea is still true.

32. Galilee is a lake full of life because it takes in water but also gives it out.

33. In contrast, nothing lives in the Dead Sea because, with no outflow, the lake has stagnated.

34. Serving is the opposite of our natural inclination.

35. As we mature in Christ, the focus of our lives should increasingly shift to living a life of service.

36. One day God will compare how much time and energy we spent on ourselves compared with what we invested in serving others.

37. The Bible warns unbelievers, "He will pour out his anger and wrath on those who live for themselves," but for Christians it will mean a loss of eternal rewards.

38. We are only fully alive when we're helping others.

39. Jesus said, "If you insist on saving your life, you will lose it.

40. God wants you to learn to love and serve others unselfishly.

41. God wants to use you to make a difference in his world.

42. He wants to work through you.

43. What matters is not the duration of your life, but the donation of it.

44. Not how long you lived, but how you lived.

45. That is quite a variety of misfits, but God used each of them in his service.

46. He will use you, too, if you stop making excuses.

Sunday 17 October 2010

Day 28 of the Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren

1. The development of Christlike character cannot be rushed.

2. The moment you open yourself to Christ, God gets a "beachhead" in your life.

3. God has promised that "he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion."

4. Discipleship is the process of conforming to Christ.

5. Christlikeness is your evetual destination, but your journey will last a lifetime.

6. Every day God wants you to become a little more like him.

7. Today we're obsessed with speed, but God is more interested in strength and stability than swiftness.

8. We want the quick fix, the shortcut, the on-the-spot solution.

9. But real maturity is never the result of a single experience, no matter how powerful or moving.

10. Growth is gradual.

11. The Bible says, "Our lives gradually becoming brighter and more beautiful as God enters our lives and we become like him.

12. Jesus is deliberate in developing his disciples. Just as God allowed the Israelites to take over the Promised Land "little by little" so they wouldn't be overwhelmed.

13. Why does it take so long to change and grow up? There are several reasons.

a. We are slow learners. We often have to relearn a lesson 40 to 50 times to really get it.

b. We have a lot to unlearn. Since most of our problems - and all of our bad habits - didn't develop overnight, it's unrealistic to expect them to go away immediately.

c. We are afraid to humbly face the truth about ourselves. You cannot grow without a humble, teachable attitude.

d. Growth is often painful and scary. There is no growth without change; there is no change without fear or loss; and there is no loss without pain.

this fear can definitely slow down your growth.

e. Habits take time to develop. There is only 1 way to develop the habits of Christlike character: You must practice them - and that takes time.

14. Believe God is working in your life even when you don't feel it.

15. The Bible says, "Everything on earth has its own time and its own season."

16. Be patient with God and with yourself.

17. One of life's frustrations is that God's timetable is rarely the same as ours.

18. We are often in a hurry when God isn't.

19. God is never in a hurry, but he is always on time.

20. God will use your entire lifetime to prepare you for your role in eternity.

21. James advises, "Don't try to get out of anything prematurely. Let it do its work so you become mature and well-developed."

22. Don't get discouraged.

23. A delay is not a denial from God.

24. Even the snail reached the ark by persevering!

Day 27 of the Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren

1. You may sometimes feel that a temptation is too overpowering for you to bear, but that's a lie from Satan.

2. God has promised never to allow more on you than he puts within you to handle it.

3. You must do your part too by practicing 4 biblical keys to defeating temptation.

4. Refocus your attention on something else.

5. We are advised to refocus our attention because resisting a thought doesn't work. It only intensifies our focus on the wrong thing and strengthens its allure.

6. Every time you try to block a thought out of your mind, you drive it deeper into your memory.

7. The more you fight a feeling, the more it consumes and controls you.

8. Since temptation always begins with a thought, the quickest way to neutralize its allure is to turn your attention to something else.

9. Most diet don't work because they keep you thinking about food all the time.

10. Temptation begins by capturing your attention.

11. Ignoring a temptation is far more effective than fighting it.

12. Once your mind is on something else, the temptation loses its power.

13. So when temptation calls you on the phone, don't argues with it, just hang up!

14. Sometimes this means physically leaving a tempting situation.

15. Get up and turn off the television set. Walk away from a group of gossiping.

16. To avoid being stung, stay away from the bees.

17. Do whatever is necessary to turn your attention to something else.

18. To reduce temptation, keep your mind occupied with God's Word and other good thoughts.

19. Satan can't get your attention when your mind is preoccupied with something else.

20. The Bible repeatedly tells us to keep our minds focused: "Fix your thoughts on Jesus."

21. "Always think about Jesus Christ."

22. Reveal your struggle to a godly friend or support group.

23. You need at least one person you can honestly share your struggles with.

24. The Bible says, "You are better off to have a friend than to be all alone... if you fall, your friend can help you up. But if you fall without having a friend nearby, you are really in trouble."

25. Revealing your feeling is the beginning of healing.

26. The reason we hide out faults is pride.

27. Whatever you can't talk about is already out of control in your life.

28. If you could handle it on your own, you would have already done so. But you can't. Willpower and personal resolutions aren't enough.

29. God sets himself against the proud, but he shows favor to the humble.

30. So humble yourselves before God.

31. The Bible says, "Resist the Devil and he will flee from you."

32. Paul said, "Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God."

33. You won't be able to say no to devil unless you've said yes to Christ.

34. Remember this: If you are a believer, Satan cannot force you to do anything. He can only suggest.

35. Every time Satan suggested a temptation, Jesus countered by quoting Scripture.

36. Don't ever try to argue with the Devil.

37. Memorizing Scripture is absolutely essential to defeating temtation.

38. God warns us never to get cocky and overconfident; that is the recipe for disaster.

39. Forget about self-confidence; it's useless. Cultivate God-confidence.

Friday 15 October 2010

Day 26 of the Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren

1. Every temptation is an opportunity to do good.

2. Temptation simply provides the choice.

3. While temptation is Satan's primary weapon to destoy you, God wants to use it to develop you.

4. Every time you choose to do good instead of sin, you are growing in the character of Christ.

5. When the Holy spirit controls our lives, he will produce this kind of fruit in us: love, job, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control.

6. To have the fruit of the Spirit is to be like Christ.

7. the 9 fruit always mature and ripen slowly.

8. God develops the fruit of the Spirit in your life by allowing you to experience circumstances in which you're tempted to express the exact opposite quality.

9. Character development always involves a choice, and temptation provides that opportunity.

10. Joy is based on your relationship to God.

11. God develops real peace within us, not by making things go the way we planned, but by allowing times of chaos and confusion.

12. Patience is developed in circumstances in which we're forced to wait and are tempted to be angry or ave a short fuse.

13. God uses the opposite situation of each fruit to allow us a choice.

14. Every time you defeat a temptation, you become more like Jesus.

15. Temptation always starts in your mind, not in circumstances.

16. Don't let evil thoughts or doubts make any of you turn from the living God.

17. Anything he tells you will be untrue or just half-true. Satan offers his lie to replace what God has already said in his Word.

18. We are tempted when we are drawn away and trapped by our own evil desires. Then our evil desires conceive and give birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.

19. Do not be deceived, my dear friend.

20. Refuse to be intimidated.

21. You will never be able to avoid it completely,

22. Temptation only becomes a sin when you give in to it.

23. Matin luther said, "You cannot keep birds from flying over your head but you can keep them from building a nest on your hair.

24. You can't keep the Devil from suggesting thoughts, but you can choose not to dwell or act on them.

25. The closer you grow to God, the more Satan will try to tempt you.

26. Sometimes while you are praying, Satan will suggest a bizarre or evil thought just to distract you and shame you.

27. Treat it as a distraction from Satan and immediately refocus on God.

28. Recognize your pattern of temptation and be prepared for it.

29. Ask yourself, "when am I most tempted? What day of the week? What time of day? Ask, "Where am I most tempted? At work? At home? At a neighbour's house? At a sports bar? In an airport or motel out of town?"

30. You should identify your typical pattern of temptation and then prepare to avoid those situations as much as possible.

31. Request God's help.

32. God wants you to ask him for assistance in overcoming temtation.

33. I call this a "microwave" prayer because it is quick and to the point.

34. The Bible guarantees that our cry for help will be heard because Jesus is sympathetic to our struggle.

35. God never gets irritated, bored, or impatient when we keep coming back to him.

36. When people are tempted and still continue strong, they should be happy. After they have proved their faith, God will reward them with life forever.

Progress Everyday ---

Sample Data

E.G.

Day 1:     1.001

Day 2:     1.002001

Day 3:     1.003003001

Day 10:   1.010045

Day 20:    1.020191

Day 30:    1.030439

Day 40:    1.040790

Day 50:    1.051244

Have a good day

Day 25 of the Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren

1. God has a purpose behind every problem.

2. In fact, he depends more on circumstances to make us like Jesus than he depends on our reading the Bible.

3. You face circumstances twenty-four hours a day.

4. Life is a series of problems.

5. God uses problems to draw you closer to himself.

6. Your most profound and intimate experiences of worship will likely to be in your darkest days.

7. It i during suffering that we learn to pray our most authentic, heartfelt, honest-to-God prayers.

8. When we're in pain, we don't have the energy for superficial prayer.

9. Problems force us to look to God and depend on him instead of ourselves.

10. You'll never know that God is all your need until God is all you've got.

11. We know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.

12. For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his son.

13.God's purpose is greater than our problems, our pain, and even our sin.

14. Paul said, " We know that these troubles produce patience. And patience produces charater."

15. When you've been refined by trials, people can see Jesus' reflection in you.

16. Since God intends to make you like Jesus, he will take you through the same experiences Jesus went through.  That includes loneliness, temptation, stress, criticism, rejection, and many other problems.

17. The Bible says Jesus "learned obedience through suffering" and "was made perfect through suffering."

18. Paul said, " We go through exactly what Christ goes through. If we go through the hard times with him, then we're certainly going to go through the good times with him.

19. Remember that God's plan is good.

20. You intended to harm me But God intended it for good.

21. God is doing what is best for us, training us to live God's holy best.

22. If you look at the world, you'll be distressed. If you look within, you'll be depressed.  But if you look at Christ, you'll be at rest!

23. Pain is temporary but your reward will be eternal.

24. Th Bible said, "give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.

25. Rejoice in the Lord always.

26. Refuse to give up, be patient and persistant.

27. Don't give up--Grow up.

Wednesday 13 October 2010

Day 24 of the Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren

1. Spiritual growth is the process of replacing lies with truth.

2. Sanctification requires revelation.

3. The Bible says, "through the word we are put together and shaped up for the tasks God has for us."

4. When God speaks, things change.

5. Everything around you - all of creation - exists because "God said it."

6. Without God's word you would not even be alive.

7. God's word generates life, creates faith, produces change, frightens the Devil, causes miracles, heals hurts, builds character, transforms circumstances, imparts joy, overcomes adversity, defeats temptation, infuses hope, releases power, cleanses our minds, brings things into being, and guarantees our future forever!

8. You should consider word as essential to your life as food.

9. God's word is the spiritual nourishment you must have to fulfill your purpose.

10. To be a healthy disciple of Jesus, feeding on God's Word must be your first priority.

11. The Bible must become the authoritative standard for your life.

12. The Bible must always have the first and last word in my life.

13. "every word of God is flawless."

14. "Everything in the Scriptures is God's word."

15. You choose the Bible as your final authority.

16. It is not enough just to believe the Bible; I must fill my mind with it so that the Holy Spirit can transform me with the truth.

17. Receive God's word when you listen and accept it.

18. Anytime you feel you are not learning anything from a sermon or a Bible teacher, you should check your attitude, especially for pride, because God can speak through even the most boring teacher when you are humble and receptive.

19. If you will read the Bible just fifteen minutes a day, you will read completely through it once a year.

20. If you cut out one thirty-minute television program a day and read your Bible instead, you will read through the entire Bible twice a year.

21. Daily Bible reading will keep you in range of God's voice.

22. Don't just keep it near you, read it regularly.

23. Researching, or studying, the Bible is another practical way to abide in the Word.

24. If God's Word is important, you will take the time to remember it.

25. Your memory is like a muscle.  The more you use it, the stronger it will become, and memorizing Scripture will become easier.

26.  Serious reflection on God's truth is a key to answered prayer and the secret to successful living.

27. We must become "doers of the word."

28. Jesus said, "Everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock."

29. The best way to become a "doer of the Word" is to always write out an action step as a result of your reading or studying or reflecting on God's Word.

30. This action step should be personal (involving you), practical (something you can do), and provable (with a deadline to do it).

31. The Bible was not given to increase our knowledge but to change our lives.

Long time no blog..

Low bandwidth Map for mobile phone---

http://map.lookfor.hk/

Hong Kong exhibition centre"

Website,

If you want to be somebody, you need to act Differently!

You are not walking alone.

不自己轉牛角尖!!! we''re always be there!!! Standby you!!!

Friendship forever!!!

Thanks to...It's a lie to think that you're not good enough. It's a lie to think that you're not worth anything.

Project...

Project...

Well...

"It's a lie to think that you're not good enough. It's a lie to think that you're not worth anything."

Nothing is impossible!!!

My first Coffee painting ---

Visual Studio IDE Unable to apply publish properties for

Unable to apply publish properties for item 的 Warning Message
E.G.
Unable to apply publish properties for item "microsoft.sqlserver.manageddts".
Unable to apply publish properties for item "microsoft.sqlserver.diagnostics.strace"

UK Summer weather report ---

Long time no update...

Wish me Luck

Way to deal with Hot weather in the UK...

=P

Dominos Pizza Large Pizza with 1 Topping only cost 5GBP

Dominos Pizza

Africa World Cup 2010 Live Streaming on BBC/BBC web site

[有BBC/ITV 都會轉播]
World Cup
World Cup section
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/world_cup_2010/default.stm

或者到ITV LIVE
http://live.itv.com/

How to change password in Tesco online

I went to Microsoft Web Camps on 4th June 2010, and knew that Tesco has provided a API for developer to develop application to do shopping/delivery...etc [still in beta].

It has a facility to allow use to login to their account by sending their Email address and Password on the URL string command. After spending sometime on that API, I wanted to change the password on my Tesco account, However, I am not able to find a link which is related with my account details. At the end, I did a search on Google and get the URL below which allow us to manage out Tesco Online account.

https://secure.tesco.com/register/account.aspx

May be it just me, who don't know how to use the website properly, so that I can't find the account information like. If you know how to change password/ address information via their website. Please let me know, so that I can do it in the normal way, rather than going through the URL above. I would highly recommend Tesco get their website redo, to make it easy to use.

Hope you find it useful.

Wise Giving

Options Belgian Choc ---

[Options]

Belgium Hot Chocolate

Mint Chocolate [Madness]

Options Wicked White Chocolate[Limited Edition]

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k5iEtEBMYO0

Mentos Rainbow - New Product

[Mentos Rainbow]

Mentos Rainbow

前幾天看了NowTV 的"Have a nice day 第10集嘉賓: 黃貫中"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gqRPQy6YriA

Beyond...
Amani"

"tuna tuka wewe Amani nakupenda nakupenda we we"

(Swahili)
http://translate.google.com/#auto|zh-tw|tuna%20tuka%20wewe%20Amani%20nakupenda%20nakupenda%20we%20we

Google translate

WIN Premier League Match Tickets when you Withdraw money On Barclays Cash Machine

When we withdrawn money by using a cash machine, it always ask if you want to keep the advice slip...etc. I guess from the environment point of view, most of the people, do not keep this. E.g. it is just an approve that you have withdrawn certain a amount of money by using that bank...[if something goes wrong with your account balance in this transaction, you can use it as a proof, which mean the cash machine may have some problem] etc.

Do you realise that when you withdrawn money by using a Barclays cash machine. It will ask you if you would like to get the slip, you can win a pair of Barclays Premier League match tickets?

In my optional, I do not think this is a good idea to put a message like that on the cash machine.
"Would you like an advice slip with your cash? If yes, please check the reverse for your chance to WIN a pair of Barclays Premier League match tickets"
This would encourage people to print more advice slip. E.g. Some people may think if they withdraw more and get more advide slip, the chance of winning a Premier League match tickets will be much higher. Instead of withdrawing certain amount of money at a time, they may split the amount into small trunk so that they can receive more slip for the lucky draw...

I think it would be better to say
"Would you like an advice slip with your cash? If NO, please check the reverse for your chance to WIN a pair of Barclays Premier League match tickets"
Then it will email/post you the ticket togther with your bank statement...etc.
To be freindly with the environment, it is better not to receive the advice slip, if you do not need to. It would save some paper/ink, electric to print the slip, time to maintenace the parts which is use to print the slip and refill the paper for the slip...etc. i guess it would save the bank lots of money.

That is the advice slip I received:

After you have the advice slip, you can then follow the instruction at the back of the slip and enter the code to the Barclays website. http://www.barclays.co.uk.ticketoffice. You will know the result instantly.

Shall I say Good Luck!!! or Be friend to the earth?

Search feature on Share ChiWai/ 智慧分享 Search 功能

Search

Just added a search box on the top right hand conera in this blog. Which is quite convenient. One of the reason of writing this blog is to note drop the issue that in programming/living, so that when I face the same problem again in future, I can use this as reference to find the solution / resolve the problem.

Before added the search feature. I have to go through the tag, and all the post to find the blog post that I made about the thing that I am look for.

Hope you find it useful.

Tips Save money by choose a right Supermarket

http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/

London to Paris then Hong Kong [生活小TIPS---買機票篇]

Virgin Atlantic/ Cathy Pacfic / Singapore Airline and British Airway...

Good Luck!!!
